At Jovadrops, we are committed to delivering safe, clean drinking water to your doorstep. As our products are perishable, our returns and refund policy reflects industry best practices while ensuring fairness for both our customers and our team.
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Products
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for the following:
- Opened or partially used water bottles
- Items no longer in their original sealed packaging
- Perishable items or consumables such as bottled water
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers
- Downloadable digital products (if applicable)
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Include a photo of the product and your receipt or order ID. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund where applicable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or delivered in error. To request an exchange, contact us at support@jovadrops.co.ke with your order number and details.
Refunds
Once your return or issue is reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First check your bank account again
- Then contact your credit card provider
- Next, contact your bank — there may be a delay in posting

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or promotional items are non-refundable.
Returning an Item
To return a product (where eligible), please contact us first at support@jovadrops.co.ke. Do not return items without prior authorization.

Expensive Item Returns
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Jovadrops cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Your Responsibilities
Please ensure that your delivery address, contact number, and order details are accurate at the time of purchase. We cannot issue refunds or replacements for errors caused by incorrect customer information.
